Loretta
Barr, President of ACCESS! Seminars &
Consultant Services (ASCS) has led the ASCS since
its inception. With more than 28 years of experience
in career management and leadership consulting, training
and management, she assists her clients to build high
performance teams by improving leadership skills using
practical proven techniques.
Ms.
Barr brings credibility to her reality-based solutions
backed by validated methods and proven techniques. She
has worked on consulting projects with Fortune 100 firms
to deliver workshops on topics such as employee development,
diversity and inclusion, leadership, strategic planning,
team building, and succession planning.
Prior to her extensive consulting experience, Ms. Barr
served in leadership positions for organizations in
telecommunications, medical device manufacturing, financial
services and nuclear weapon components manufacturing.
Ms. Barr also served as a faculty member of academic
institutions including online environments and graduate
degree programs.
John
Guess, Senior Consultant has led efforts in
business process improvement and brings over 30 years
of management consulting and training experience.
Mr.
Guess has helped companies improve their workforce in
the areas of customer service, teambuilding, strategic
planning and leadership. He has significant call center
training experience, serving as a lead trainer for an
ASCS’s multi-year engagement.
Mr.
Guess additionally worked with call centers for international
food and beverage companies through ASCS contracts with
Work Source of Dallas County. His energetic facilitation
style has engaged and motivated audiences from a variety
of workplaces across the country. He is an accomplished
presenter and served as Speaker, Lecturer and Panelist
for the following events:
