ACCESS the Difference

ACCESS! provides a team of talented and experienced training professionals who are committed to excellence. We partner with you to deliver superior training solutions to your toughest leadership issues. We work especially well with those professionals who have recently been promoted into leadership roles, have little formal management training or who desire refresher training.

We create workshops that support your organization's strategic objectives and your desired outcomes. Our workshops are practical and encourage your employees to use their collective talents and experiences in their day-to-day activities.

ACCESS! has supported training initiatives and new product launches for many Fortune 100, multi-national, state and local government entities. To preserve the confidentiality of these clients, their names have been excluded.

A few of our engagements:

• A state-based medical school and research center
• Team Work: A Recipe for Success sessions: Designed several customized workshops including: Teambuilding (Coaching for Managers and Coaching for Non-managers), Customer Service, Managing Multiple Bosses, and Conflict Resolution.
• Lunch-n-Learn series: Delivered a series of topical, abbreviated sessions during lunch. Topics included Taking Charge of Your Career and Career Paths.
• Leadership Retreat: Living the Vision. Worked with entire Emergency Medical Services to create a mission statement for the school. This customized program included a follow-on program with intervention support.

• An international cancer research foundation

Conducted Achieve Global's Leadership for Results® series for 60 managers and directors. Delivered Beta pilot sessions and launched series in 4 months. Workshops facilitated include: Coaching:Bringing Out the Best in Others; Giving and Receiving Constructive Feedback; Basic Principles for a Collaborative Workplace; and From Conflict to Collaboration.

• A multi-national soft drink corporation
• Facilitated inclusion (diversity awareness) workshops. Conducted sessions throughout the North Texas region: Lubbock, Dallas, Fort Worth, Amarillo, Sherman, Stephenville and Abilene.

• A county-based community college district

Facilitated Achieve Global's Leadership for Results® courses as well as communications, human development, management and business planning courses for several of the district's campuses: Eastfield, Richland, Cedar Valley and Bill Priest Institute.

• An international economy hotel chain

Facilitated customer service, teambuilding and work-skills sessions for a contact center in Greenville, Texas. Series included customized versions of Team Work: A Recipe for Success sessions. Designed several customized workshops including: Keeping Teams Effective, Customer Service, Managing Multiple Bosses, and Conflict Resolution.
